While ordering a wardrobe through Fittingly is a breeze, that doesn’t mean that there won’t be the odd question lingering. Fear not, our Fittingly FAQs are here to clear up your queries and put those questions to bed.

If you have any practical questions, you should take the time to read through our frighteningly helpful Help and Guides section (It’s in the menu at the top of this page) – we take you through every step of the erection process in loving detail. But for everything else, you are in the right place.

If you live in the length and breadth of Great Britain, then yes – we will be able to fit your order.

We have a team of fitters available up and down the country, all highly trained and well versed in our product to ensure a beautifully finished product.

We deliver anywhere throughout the length and breadth of Great Britain. Sorry to those in Northern Ireland – We would love to get to you too!

Being situated in the heart of Great Britain, we send all orders out on our vans so that we can ensure that everything gets to you in perfect condition.

What If I Get My Measurements Wrong?2020-10-23T10:26:56+00:00

Firstly, don’t worry too much if you’re not 100% sure about your dimensions, after you make your purchase we will give you a call to go over all of the details and you will be able to double check your dimensions.

If your design is to be fitted in a specific space we strongly recommend you have our adjustable trims to allow additional space for fitting and/or adjustable legs to allow for vertical fitting space.

By allowing a suitable amount of space for trim you can ensure that even if your measurements are inaccurate the wardrobes can be adjusted to fit perfectly.

Absolutely! In our visual design tool you will be given 2 options. You can choose to have your design fully fitted by one or more of our expert fitters, or alternatively if you prefer you can have your units delivered flat-pack to be assembled by yourself at home. The choice is entirely yours!

Can I collect my wardrobe?2021-07-15T13:24:23+00:00

This isn’t something that we typically offer – we operate on a zero packaging policy on most items, the only exception being paper wrapping any painted panels – we can do this as we have developed our own delivery system that ensures that everything will get to you in perfect condition.
If this is something that you absolutely require, please get in touch and, for small designs, we will talk you through how it will come and what you’ll need to ensure that you don’t inadvertently cause any damage to your beautiful new units.

How accurate are the dimensions on your Wardrobe Builder?2019-08-30T15:56:51+00:00

The dimensions that you see on the Wardrobe Builder are the exact dimensions we will be using to manufacture your units. Our manufacturing process is extremely accurate, but none the less, as we are working with wood, you should allow for +/- 5mm in case of expansion. If you’re not 100% sure about which dimensions to use, don’t worry, one of our designers will call you to double check everything before we begin manufacturing.

I’ve processed my order, though I have just realised that I need to change some of the measurements – can I do this online?2019-03-04T19:27:42+00:00

Don’t worry – we call every customer once one of our designers has checked over the order to double check all measurements and to talk through the design. So it’s not a problem, all measurements do not need to be exact when you order and we will address any queries long before our joiners get to work. 

How do I save my wardrobe design to come back to it later?2021-11-26T10:23:49+00:00

No problem, in the corner you will see a “Save” function – simply click on that and enter your email address. This will send you a link back to the original design on our design tool – please keep this email safe as it will be your ticket back to your design in future.

Sure, that’s not a problem. While our Wardrobe Builder is pretty extensive, it’s not infallible – contact us either by phone or email and we will be more than happy to go through your requirements and provide a full quote for you. Though please bear in mind, some designs and requests may take a little longer to quote than others but we will get something to you as soon as possible!
