Returns Policy

In these Terms and Conditions: "We" "Us" and "Our" refers to Fittingly Ltd, trading as Fittingly. The term "You", "Customer" and "Client" refers to the purchaser of goods, or the user or viewer of our website.

Cancellation Policy

All of our products are bespoke and made to measure. Work on the design and planning of your purchase begins immediately after your purchase.

In order to cancel your order you must notify us in writing prior to your order being submitted to production (the same point at which you will be asked to sign off your final designs), a charge of 20% of the total order value will be applied to cover the costs of admin, planning and design work already completed.

Once your design has been submitted to production and/or signed off, no cancellation, alterations or refunds will be possible.


We charge payment in full at the time of purchase, this is in line with the expectation that design and planning begins immediately after purchase.

Prior to your order beginning the physical manufacturing process you will be given the opportunity to double check all dimensions and specifications and sign off your design. Any changes to your design will be chargeable at the price shown in the design tool at that time.

Once your design is signed off, no further alterations are possible.

Measurements And Sign Off

Prior to beginning the manufacturing process you must sign off your final design. This process gives you the opportunity to check the specification and dimensions for each individual unit within your design.

Every design is made up of one or more individual units/elements. The overall dimensions shown in the design tool are to assist with planning only, you should check the dimensions of each individual unit before signing off.

While our design team make every attempt to correctly interpret your requirements and the dimensions that you give us, it is solely your responsibility to check and sign off your design prior to manufacture. Fittingly accepts no responsibility for any errors with the design and no refunds will be offered.

All purchases will be machined to the dimensions specified within the design tool and this will supersede any and all dimensions that you provide to our sales team. Dimensions of items manufactured will be accurate to +/- 3mm.


Any damage or missing parts must be reported within 48hrs of delivery, otherwise they may be chargeable. We will not be liable for any defects due to inappropriate storage, neglect, damage caused by a third party or incorrect installation.
