Returns Policy

Cancellation policy

Wardrobe, Cupboard, Desk, Drawer etc. orders will be charged for if cancelled, as these items are completely bespoke. Other items have a minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, via email, phone, and/or live chat, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a £30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.

Acceptable Items for return

Check all dimensions before ordering a bespoke product (Wardrobes, Cupboards, Desks, Drawers etc.) as these cannot be returned.

Products that have not been purpose made are returnable if in the same condition as when purchased.

Damaged Items

You must inspect items for damage or missing parts before signing for them, if there is any damage present you must refuse delivery. While we take every care in the creation and packing of your order, we have no control over its handling by the courier, if your item does arrived damaged. Please let us know so we can arrange a replacement as refusal of delivery by the courier will not automatically generate a replacement.

Returning an item

First, contact us via phone, email or chat in order to receive a Return Authorisation. Should something be returned without a Return Authorisation then no refund will be offered.

Products with a Return Authorisation can then be returned to the following address:

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns.

You will be refunded once the item is inspected and received; LESS our restock fee.
